BNSF Family Day

On Sunday, Aug. 26, hundreds of BNSF employees and their families attended a Family Day at BNSF’s Commerce Mechanical Facility. The day featured locomotive tours, information booths, safety presentations, free health screenings, food and prizes.

Lena Kent, public affairs director was also on-hand to share information about the Southern California International Gateway (SCIG) project and more than 150 attendees signed up to support the project. They agree that SCIG will bring more jobs, cleaner air and less traffic!
